WEDNESDAY - RESILIENCE
Purpose - To help our students build practices that make them more resilient to stress.
Practice (parents) - Attend the Edison Family Resiliency night tonight at 7 pm for guided conversations on ways to increase your family’s resilience to stress.
Practice (kids) - With your student, do a five minute meditation, using a raisin.
