Description: Committee researches, schedules, coordinates and hires assemblies programs that enhance cultural and STEAM learning for all of our students. 

Number of chairs: 2

General volunteer needs: Committee meets about three times during the year to plan and review assemblies. Ideally, have enough volunteers where each coordinates one assembly during the year. Research assemblies, work with budget limitations, seek principal approval, schedule, review and sign contract, promote, work with vendor on day of assembly and introduce to school and coordinate payment.
