Help post to Konstella, Facebook, and Google Groups emails. As a group, create a communications calendar. Create weekly emails to be sent from the PTA or incorporated with Edison Express. Create a strategy for Committees to communicate with a cohesive voice and message. Marketing experience greatly welcome!

Monitor Konstella usage as appropriate and guide Committees and Room Parents each year during transition.

Create and distribute weekly email newsletter via Konstella, aggregating all announcements and upcoming events and sign ups.

Use Google Sites for maintaining email accounts and group aliases. Keep various email groups maintained. Add/remove addresses as members come and go. This mainly happens near the beginning and end of a school year. Create and support edisonpta.org email accounts via Google Mail when needed. This is rare. Use Wordpress for maintaining the edisonpta.org website. Edit pages when requested from committee members. This usually happens near the beginning and end of a school year and the weeks leading up to the read-a-thon and spring auction. This can involve editing content, and/or adding PDF attachments. Help manage page permissions for committee members who wish to edit their own pages.
