• Volunteer Appreciation Coffee - 100 people with bagels

• 5 PTA meetings

Volunteers: 

• Before Event: Order food and drinks, pick up where the vendor does not deliver, set up
• During Event: stay for ad-hoc clean-up as needed
• After Event: clean up, put away supplies and/or return to vendor
