Motor Fitness - Kindergarten

Motor Fitness incorporates balance, gross motor skills, and unique equipment like balance beams, rebounders, and rolling gliders that are not available during their regularly scheduled PE times. Motor Fitness skills are foundational for cognitive development, influencing spatial reasoning, problem solving, and overall learning abilities.

The program takes place in the MPR two Tuesday mornings per month, from 8:20-10:15am. The First Motor Fitness is on Tuesday, Sept 23.

Volunteers will help with coordinating, setting up, and tearing down. No training or experience required, but you will need Volunteer Clearance to participate.
