The Nominating Committee is commonly lead by the VP of Volunteers and includes the Parliamentarian and Historian, plus 2-3 additional members.  The objective of the Committee is to determine nominations for the following year's PTA Executive Board leadership.

Committee Leadership should be transitioned within committees, with outgoing Committee Chairs grooming incoming Committee Chairs.
