Contact-Free Materials Distribution Assistance (Friday only)

The administration and staff can handle preparation of materials on Thursday, but on Friday they need our help!  We need 1 parent from each classroom to sign up below.  

 

We ask that all volunteers fill out the health screen prior to entering campus here: COVID SELF SCREEN SURVEY  

 

All volunteers must use the gloves provided at the pick up areas A & B and wear a mask the entire time they are on campus.

 

Area A = Cubbies & hooks outside Multi-Purpose Room along the wall

Area B = Cubbies & hooks outside Room 5

 

  1. You will arrive between the distribution times and take all the items not picked up from the previous distribution and place them in the labeled bin for that class.  You will put the previous class's bin in the MP room. 
  2. Then, using the wagon provided, you will walk to the class who is having the next distribution, pick up the bins outside that classroom and return to the designated pick up area. 
  3. You will place each child's bagged items in a separate cubby so their name is as visible as possible.  Leave the wagon and the classroom bin next to the area cubbies. 
  4. Then please properly dispose of your gloves, take your child's items and leave campus.
