Hello Fairmeadow!
Firstly, our thanks to everyone one of you that supported PTA and our community last week, by taking part in our Dineout, joining our General Meeting and coming to our Parents Coffee(so lovely to meet so many of you)!!
🥳FUNDRAISING PARTIES! : Fairmeadow is hosting FUNdraising parties to help PTA raise Funds for our school to support supplies, programs and community events. 
  • March 9th : Join our lovely 2nd grade teachers as they host The Encanto Movie party! What’s not to love ...Movie, Popcorn & Snacks, plus some extra me-time or date time for parents!

  • Congrats to our Fairmeadow Reserved PTA Parking Spot Winner, Lisa T, who will have the convenience of parking close to the front office from now until the end of the school year in June!!  **There’s still a chance to win this parking spot for our next school year from August - December 2022 HERE. Good luck!!

  • Our nominating committee are looking for next years PTA Board & Committee members to continue PTA’s work at Fairmeadow. Please consider getting involved to continue the advocacy PTA brings to our community - our students, our families, our staff and our school. YOU can make a difference, get involved and be part of this rewarding, huge support to our students educational experience. If you are available to help with any of the open positions (listed here), please sign up on this form and the nominating committee will reach out to you soon. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me or other nominating committee members (listed below). 👨‍🌾GARDEN : Our Garden Club started last Friday with some planting and a very special craft project to show support for peace in Ukraine. Our thanks to Beth M. And Stacey C. for coordinating.
🕛NOON TABLES : Thank you to our fabulous volunteers who helped host our very popular Lego activity last week on Feb 28th! See some photos of our creative builders! Also to our other fabulous volunteers who hosted our Noon tables yesterday(Mar 7th) and continued the theme from garden club of creating Sunflowers as a show of support for Peace in the Ukraine. We have some very talented artists at Fairmeadow! Check out the noticeboard near the front office. 
🍕STAFF APPRECIATION LUNCH: Thank you to all the wonderful Kinder families for hosting a special Pizza lunch for our staff who were so appreciative of this fun lunch! Thank you to Annie R. and Mari U. For coordinating!
🏃🏽RUN for FUN : We have had a great turnout so far! The kids are having so much fun! Don’t miss out on this after school activity for your kids, let them run off some energy after school together! There is still time to join!

🗳PARENT MASK SURVEY : Just an FYI. We had an unofficial anonymous survey at our parents coffee, asking the question - Would you feel comfortable not wearing a mask indoors Yes or No? We had 12 participants, 5 voted YES to no masks, 1 commented they didn’t mind either way and 6 voted that they were not comfortable and some would like to wait another month or two.
