Good Evening Farrand Families, Hello Friendly Farrand Foxes,
Some of our students have been taking the NWEA reading and math tests. Others will begin testing this week. Students who score at or below the 25th percentile will have the opportunity to receive reading/math intervention.
There is no school for students on Friday, October 8, 2021. Teachers will have a full day of professional development.
School pictures will be taken on Thursday, October 21, 2021. We will take kindergarten pictures first.
And now for District News...

P-CCS will host a community virtual town hall on the topic of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion this coming Tuesday, October 5, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. The event will be broadcast via the P-CCS Official YouTube Channel and also archived on the channel for future viewing as well.
Co-moderated by the district’s Curriculum and Human Resources departments, the town hall will create an opportunity for district leadership to address questions and feedback directly from the community regarding topics that surround the district’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work.
If you would like to submit a question or feedback to be addressed during the town hall, you will be able to find an online form via the official P-CCS website starting Wednesday morning, September 29. This form will close on Sunday evening, October 3, at 7 p.m.
You can find the P-CCS Official YouTube Channel on the homepage of the oficial district website or by simply searching ‘P-CCS Official’ on YouTube.
