Spring Carnival Co-ordinators
Ferris Elementary School - for May 28

Do you have ideas to make the Ferris Family Fair (Spring Carnival) even better than years past? 

Ferris PAC needs Parents to step-up and help organize our annual Carnival, scheduled for May 28, 2:45-5:30 pm. Without you, we will need to cancel this fun family event and beneficial fundraiser.

To continue planning we need 10 people to fill the coordinator positions listed below.

 

Each job by itself is manageable and many hands make light work. We have systems set up from previous years so you will have guidance. You do not necessarily have to be available on May xx th in order to coordinate--we can identify a volunteer crew leader for the actual event if needed. 

 

If you cannot sign-up to help lead, please be on the lookout for general volunteer sign-ups to help on the day of the Fun Fair, May xxth, 3-5:30 pm, as well as help with raffle ticket collection the two weeks prior.  We cannot pull this off well without many parents helping together.

: oversee ticket sales on the day of the Fair with a two-shift volunteer crew.

Parent Volunteer Coordinator: Signed Up: 0 / 1

keep track of the parents who offer to volunteer on May 28th, assign them to a crew and a shift, follow-up to make sure they know where to go, when--be available May 28th to answer volunteer questions and direct them to their crew leader.

: create posters and promotional material to advertise the Fair to students, parents, and the neighborhood.
