Halloween is quickly approaching and Downtown Arcadia is having Trick or Treating down First Ave. if you have nothing planned join us in the Halloween fun. PTSA will be having a Trick or Treat stop stationed there as well and we will be needing donations of candy and treats to hand out to the kids as they come by.
