Franklin PTA Membership Dues Increase — Effective July 1st

We hope everyone's summer if off to a good start. This email is to notify you that effective July 1, 2025, the dues to join the Franklin PTA for the 2025-26 school year will increase by $1.00 (from $15 to $16 + $1 processing fee). You can join or renew your membership through the Totem Website after July 1st. This is also a reminder that PTA memberships do not auto-renew. 
 
PTA dues are annual membership fees that support the PTA organization and its efforts to advocate for and support children. A portion of the dues each member pays stays with our Franklin PTA unit, while the other portion is forwarded to higher levels (district, state, and national). These dues cover administrative costs, programs, services, resources, and training for PTA members and leaders. We are raising our Franklin dues because the portion that is forwarded for National PTA dues is increasing by $1.00 on July 1st. By raising our dues by $1.00, it will allow us to retain the same amount of dues within our Franklin PTA unit. 
Our PTA offers scholarships for memberships should anyone need one for any reason. Please reach out to membership@franklinpta.org for more information.
