 Now, Franklin's the smallest little schoolhouse in Alameda, but we're throwin' a shindig big enough for the whole territory. This here party's put on by the PTA, so every dollar goes to them young'uns. And because it's a small affair, them tickets are worth more than a hundred bucks at market price, so you're gettin' a heck of a deal.

Now, let me tell you what your hard-earned dollars get ya:

• A bbq feast fit for a cattle baron, courtesy of All The Smoke Craft BBQ. Y'all gonna be lickin' your fingers. And don't fret, we got vegetarian options, too
• Plenty of that good ol' firewater, be it beer, wine, or some fancy cocktails
• Dancin' that'll make your boots kick up dust, wilder than a bronco at a rodeo
• Surprises and games so big they'll make a longhorn blush!
