As the school year winds down, we'd like to show our appreciation to the dedicated teachers and staff who nurture our children's learning. As every year, we're offering a centralized gift card collection – a convenient way to express your gratitude.

Participation is completely voluntary!

Here's How to Show Your Appreciation:

• Choose Your Gift Amount: Make a contribution in any amount to any teacher or staff member you wish to recognize.
• Choose Your Teacher(s): Use the online form (2024 EOY Teacher-Staff Gift Contribution) to designate your recipient(s). You'll receive a confirmation email once submitted. [Link to form]
• Make Your Payment:
  • Check: Made payable to "FASSV-PTA" with a labeled envelope "FASSV-PTA/Teacher & Staff Gift Contribution." Drop it off at the front desk or outside mailbox.
  • Credit Card: While PayPal fees apply, you can pay online at [link] (be sure to check the box to cover the fee). Please avoid using the PayPal app for this transaction. Please mention your family name in the donation note.

Deadline: Friday, May 31st by 5 PM.

Why Participate?

This program allows teachers and staff to choose their favorite gift cards from a wide variety of retailers. Your contribution, big or small, will surely be appreciated.
