Dear Parents,

Kermesse is Saturday June 10th, and we need YOUR HELP to make it a fun day for all the kids and parents. If you cannot join us on Saturday, you can still support the event by donating tickets or purchasing La Kermesse t-shirts for your favorite teachers and staff or for your family.

Here's what you can do to help make Kermesse a big success:

  1. Sign up to bring food, drinks, or supplies. We especially need a variety of restriction-safe dishes -NUT FREE POLICY and water & soda.
  2. Sign up to loan equipment. We especially need folding tables and canopies!
  3. We need volunteers to help set-up, clean up and manage the food stations, welcome stations. (See Help sign-up sheet). All volunteers will see the show!

Drop Off/Pick Up:

  • If lending equipment: You can drop it off in the main school hallway on Friday (anytime). You can pick it up at the end of the event, or if still in use, on Monday. Please be sure to label it with your name.
  • Non-perishables: Drop off Friday (anytime) or Saturday morning (8-10am). Examples are bottled water, soda, cups, plates, etc.
  • Perishables: Drop off Saturday morning by 9am. This allows time for safe storage before the show. Please ensure they are securely contained so they can be stored in coolers.
