Our kids have been working hard practicing for the big Chinese New Year Celebration next week! To make this event run smoothly, we need our wonderful parent volunteers! Please consider signing up for a slot below.
Kids will be dropped off by 9am. Doors do not open until 10am. There will be coffee and bagels as well as cultural exhibits available from 9-10am. Lunch (provided by the GPO) will be served after the show.
If you volunteer, we will provide reserved seating at 9am! Please see Vanessa Chan or Joanne Ng that morning for your reserved seat signs.

We need help getting the lunch serving tables prepped with plates, utensils, water, etc. Also any pre-show help that may be needed in the auditorium!

Help parents get their kids signed into the binders. Make sure every guest has a GMIS name tag!

Lunch items will be delivered around 11am. We need helpers to watch for the delivery and place them on the serving tables.

After the show, we need help clearing the lunch tables and taking down decorations for the school, and general clean up.
