Please join us at our regularly scheduled, monthly PTA meeting held each month. We will meet in the school Cafeteria at 6 p.m.
Each meeting starts with a “Principal’s Report” and then a “Teacher’s Report”. The Principal’s Report explains the various tests that are happening and a list of upcoming important dates. The teachers take turns attending the meetings so that we always have at least one representative there to give the report. The teachers explain what each class/grade level is working on at the moment and announcements about important upcoming events.
A Treasurer's report gives an update as to the financial situation of the GPTA, review of past expenditures as well as how well any fund raisers have performed. Requests for Funds from the staff are also discussed at this time and voted on.
The regular meeting will follow once those reports are completed. PTA projects are laid out & discussed, information is shared and goals for future projects are all discussed as well.
