Can you believe we are on our last day of Random Acts of Kindness Week?! So here we go! Today's Kindness theme is Kindness to Yourself!
Your challenges are to:
1. Look in the mirror and say 3 nice things about yourself
2. Sit quietly for 5 minutes or take a relaxing bath to calm yourself
And I bet you can find even more ways to be kind to yourself today (and everyday)!
