We will be celebrating an "Earth Day is Every Day" event, on April 22.
We need volunteers for:
1) Bike/Walk Trains from neighborhoods to school on Friday, April 22
2) Morning table set up and work with 4th/5th graders to tally "Earth Day is Every Day" efforts and hand out goodies. Questions for the tally will include things like: did you conserve water, did you turn off lights, did you recycle, did you garden, did you take Muni/ bike/roll/walk, etc...
Through this event, Grattan is participating in "Bike and Roll to School Week" April 18th-22nd.
Biking & Rolling can include scooting, skating, taking transit, rolling in a wheelchair, or even walking to school.
Please consider Taking The Pledge to participate. Elementary students have a chance to win a Cleary Bike!!
Let us know if you have any questions or have any other ideas!
Thank you!
