Grattan Film Fest is back (November 4th), and we need volunteers! 

 

 Volunteers are essential to making Film Fest work, so please sign up for a shift or two! 

 

The Film Festival kicks off at 5.30pm before we all settle into watching The Super Mario Bros Movie at 6.30pm!

 

Admission is free and food (so many options this year!), snacks, and beverages will be available for purchase.

Distribute letters to neighbors (the week before!) Signed Up: 3 / 3

NOTE: Task to be completed the WEEK PRIOR! Flexible Day / timing! The PTA will print letters to give the neighbors a heads up about the event. We need volunteers to pick up the letters and put them in mailboxes on any day of the week before the event. You will pick which blocks or addresses you want to cover to avoid overlaps. Minimum coordination needed: this task can be done at your convenience!

We need volunteers to pick food donations up and bring them to school by 5.15pm: - Hayes Pizza (2077 Hayes St) - Kezar Pizzeta (775 Frederick St) - Slice House (1535 Haight St) - Proposition Chicken ( Laurel Village location, 3465 California St.) - What the cluck (1782 Haight St) - up to two other neighborhood locations TBD
