Grattan Families, Film Fest is Back!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 15th, the beloved Grattan Film Fest returns!
We need volunteers to help make the magic happen. Whether it’s setting up, selling snacks, or helping clean up after the credits roll, every hand makes a difference. Sign up for a shift (or two!) and be part of this favorite school tradition.
We’re also looking for a Food Procurement Superstar — someone who can help us source all the delicious eats for the evening. If that sounds like your jam (or pizza 🍕), we’d love your help! Please contact us directly!
The fun kicks off at 5:30pm with food and festivities, and the movie begins at 6:30pm!
Movie voting will happen this week, so stay tuned to help pick what we’ll be watching together!
Admission is free, and there’ll be plenty of food, snacks, and drinks available for purchase.

NOTE: Task to be completed the WEEK PRIOR! Flexible Day / timing! The PTA will print letters to give the neighbors a heads up about the event. We need volunteers to pick up the letters and put them in mailboxes on any day of the week before the event. You will pick which blocks or addresses you want to cover to avoid overlaps. Minimum coordination needed: this task can be done at your convenience!

Tasks include ensuring our sensory sensitive community has a quiet and relaxing place to escape to while also being a part of the festivities, keeping materials tidy (play doh, bean bag chairs etc.), and ensuring the space stays limited to no more than 3 kids and that they have an adult with them. *There will be a printed hand out for volunteers with guidelines etc so you aren't having to guess what to do or try to remember everything!.
