Hi families,

 

I am looking for multiple volunteers to help with field day, Thursday, May 11. I need volunteers to retrieve equipment, set up stations, run stations, and clean up. We need the volunteer jobs filled to make field day happen! Thank you.

2 volunteers each with a car to help retrieve equipment from the district PE office. Meet at the PE office (95 Gough St. at 3) and drive them back to Grattan. Unload materials into the PE shed and GASP office. Ms. Moody will be driving her car and picking and dropping off materials with you. Signed Up: 2 / 2

2 volunteers to help move equipment from Grattan Elementary and set-up stations at Grattan Park. 1 volunteer needs a car to transport materials. Signed Up: 2 / 2

Thu, May 11 7:10am-8:10am

8 volunteers to run field day stations. Volunteers will have instructions. Help clean-up stations. Signed Up: 5 / 8
