Greetings all, 

Tomorrow is the first day of school, and we are sharing a few important reminders about the morning. Attached is a similar message from the office that is attached in case you did not receive this via ParentVue.

- Please be a good neighbor and do not block driveways or park in the bus zone on Grattan Street. The bus zone is exclusively for our special education school buses that that arrive between 7:20 am and 8:00 am.

- STOP, DROP, and GO will be available beginning at 7:30 am on Shrader Street. It is strongly recommended that kindergarten families take public transportation or park in the neighborhood so that they can walk their students onto the yard for clap-in until they are comfortable. 

- K-5th Clap-In: will take place at 7:50 am each morning, and students are considered tardy if they are not in line at this time. Students should enter through the Shrader Gate, which will be open beginning at 7:30 am. Breakfast is available in the cafeteria beginning at 7:30 am. Families are welcome to attend clap-in each day as there are often announcements or special presentations, but attendance is not required.

Lastly, ALL families PK-5th are welcome to attend our first Coffee Klatch in the OASIS (on the upper yard near the Shrader Gate) directly following Clap-In, around 7:55/8:00 am Monday, August 17th.
