Thanks for the overwhelming support that was shown for Mr. Philip this morning at the town hall meeting. Many actions are being planned, so please stay tuned.
Our first step is to gather at the District today in support of Mr. Philip. A large group of people, including teachers, staff, parents, and children will be meeting at Grattan after school at 1:50. We will take public transit en masse. If you would like to meet at the District offices, please try to arrive by 2:30. Be aware that parking will be an issue, and due to the inauguration, many streets will be blocked.
We realize it’s late notice, but if you are able to make some posters to further show our support, that would be great. Keep it simple (e.g., “Keep Mr. Philip at Grattan”).
Numbers speak, so if you are able to adjust your schedule to attend, that would be wonderful.
