Greetings GASP Families,
Here we are, already into September! GASP is off to a great start, with kids who don't want to leave when it's time to go home. Many of our fabulous staff have returned and hit the ground running, and we've hired a few new folks who are rapidly getting up to speed; we are still looking to hire a few more, if anyone knows of anyone, or has ideas about networks we might not have tapped, etc.
Many of you have inquired about the status of our online system and how to make payments. Thank you for your patience, and for being so responsible - you all get Caught in the Act! To answer your questions, here's the facts:
- It is currently possible to make tuition payments via the EZChildTrack online system
- Payments can be made by setting up a deduction from your bank account to the system
- At this time, we are not able to accept payment via credit card, but we are working on that...
- Meanwhile, if you prefer, you can make tuition payments via check, payable to GASP, and drop them in the grey metal box labeled GASP on the wall next to Room 211
Please note that your balance on the EZChildTrack system may not be correct, and we are working to get adjustments made to accounts ASAP. For example, if your student is returning to GASP this year, you should not have been charged a $300 deposit, and we will credit your account accordingly. We will also be crediting any and all late fees charged for August and September.
Current tuition amounts:
August 2016 (for 3 out of 4 weeks, or 75% of a full month's tuition)
- $300 Full Time
- $270 Early Pick-up
- $225 Part Week
- $400 Full Time
- $360 Early Pick-up
- $300 Part Week
* Don't forget - siblings get a 10% discount!
FYI, account charges also included a $50 registration fee per family; this is an annual fee and may be waived for families receiving Tuition Assistance.
If you have questions about your account balance, or the status of a Tuition Assistance application, please email Michelle@gasp-grattan.org.
Also, as some of you may have noticed, Michelle and the 3-5 GASP Office have moved! We didn't go far, and are now located (further) inside the main school office, in what used to be the Conference Room, aka Room 110A. We are are looking for a small couch to round out our expanded staff hangout space, so let us know if you, or someone you know, has one. Our room is still "under construction" but feel free to stop by next week and check it out!
Thank you for your patience as we make these changes and, as always, please let us know if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, etc.
Michelle & Monika
