Hi all,
As you may have heard, Grattan is currently experiencing a staffing shortage of paraeducators, and it's impacting students, staff, and teachers in our school community. As parents, families, and community members, we can use our voices to advocate for change. Here are three steps you can take to help support, including a key meeting tomorrow:
1. Join the Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, 4/25 at 7:00pm in person or via zoom and leaving a public comment in support of para raises, or send an email to the Board if you can't make the meeting! (More information here)
2. If you haven't already, read, sign, and share this petition, written by a Grattan parent, calling for para raises and supports for special ed services: https://forms.gle/
