Now taking submissions for Count Me In events!
It's that time of year where we all come together to have fun while helping Grattan. Count Me In (CMI) events are fun, community-building events that benefit Grattan.
Have you wanted to throw a party and needed an excuse? Now's your chance!
Have a great idea for a workshop or kid craft? Host it!
Do you have a skill, hobby, or interest to share? We'd love to hear about it!
Does your job lend itself to group tours, events or workshops? We want to learn!
How does it work?
Grattan families host social events, covering all costs. Host on your own or team up with other families and co-host. It does not have to be expensive and can be as simple as a group hike, a playground playdate or a movie night. They can be for kids, adults, or families and proceeds from all ticket sales go to Grattan.
Give me some examples!
Past CMIs have included: a moms' night out, dinner party, wine tasting, kids' scavenger hunt, tour of the SPCA, baking workshop, craft-making workshop, field day games, family picnic, hikes, games party, movie night, 80s dance party, s'mores on the beach, camping trip, salsa lessons, a Giants game... and many, many more!
The CMI team will work with you to refine your idea, finalize a date and promote your event. Have an idea, but no space? Have the space for an event, but no idea? Have an idea, but need co-hosts? The CMI team can help. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
We'll gather ideas until Feb 25th. Tickets go on sale early March.
To lock in the date you'd like, submit your idea now!
