Greetings all, 

Tomorrow is the first day of school and in case you are not signed up with ParentVue, please let us know, and see the attached Welcome Letter from Ms. Walter and Ms. Rosales.

Here are a few quick reminders before school starts:

- Please do not park in the bus zone right in front of the school on Grattan Street.  This is needed for our numerous special education buses that begin arriving between 7:20 am and 8:00 am.

-Kindergarteners:  Early releases in the first three weeks of school at 1:05 pm.

- K-5th Clap-Ins: will take place at 7:50 am each morning.  The yard will open and breakfast will begin to be served at 7:30 am downstairs in the cafeteria.

- 1st - 5th graders Dismissal schedule:  Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays are at 2:05 pm, and Wednesdays are at 12:50 pm.  Pick-ups are in the upper yard at the same location where they line up for clap-ins.

- GASP for TK - 5th:  If your child attends GASP, their classroom teachers will support the transition to afterschool programming. Pick-ups from GASP are at the main entrance of the School (165 Grattan Street).

- Gen Ed TK dropped off and picked up: Directly in their classroom, Room 105, with drop off between 7:30 and 7:50 am.  Breakfast will be served in the classroom.  Students are being picked up directly from Room 105.  

- Gen ED PK will be dropped off and picked up: in accordance with their contracted time in Room 105A.

- SDC PK will be dropped off at 7:50am directly and picked up to/from their classroom, Room 103, at 12:50pm each day.

Lastly, ALL families PK-5th are welcome to attend our first Coffee Klatch in the OASIS (on the upper yard near the Shrader Gate) directly following Clap-In, around 7:55/8:00 am Monday, August 18th.
