The Annual Grattan Egg Drop is Thursday, May 29 and we are looking for volunteers to help with the preparation and clean up of the event!

Collecting from Classrooms: 9:00am-10:15am
-Volunteers will meet in the courtyard at 9:00 am.  Students will have egg drop inventions in bags with the classroom clearly marked on the bag.  Volunteers will collect bags from each classroom.

-All classroom bags will then be delivered to the stairs leading up to the roof. (in front of 201). 

We need 1-2 people to take the bags up to the roof.

Clean Up: 10:50-11:30am
We need 3 volunteers to take the empty boxes and bags down from the room.  Volunteers will also be needed to clean up any upper yard debris leftover from the egg drop.
