Hi Grattan Families!

The wonderful Cole Valley Fair is BACK! Grattan will have a big tent showing our love for our school in a variety of ways.

The tent hosts both the Sweet Shack - full of delectable donated goods that raise funds for Grattan - and Grattan gear. 

Every year, we have an awesome team of parents leading the booth and representing Grattan. We are looking for new recruits & veterans.  It's always super fun and a great community event! 

We need some help filling these Grattan Booth shifts:   

• Set-up: Help bring items to the Grattan booth on Cole Street from the school and set-up booth, baked goods, and gear to be sold.
• Selling treats - and sharing our community with the Cole Valley community!
• Selling Grattan Gear - helping us represent!
• Clean-up - Bringing everything back to school.
  
  

Sign up for shifts throughout the day from set up around 8:30 to clean up around 5-5:30pm and throughout the entire fair.   

If you sign up for a shift, you can enjoy the fair and then come hang out with Grattan Families at our booth and enjoy the sights and sounds!

We'll have a quick overview of everything you need to know in a handy doc + quick Zoom call ahead of time so you can get any questions you need answered - and meet the families joining!
