All, 

It was brought to our attention the first letter that your child(ren) brought home in mid September had a few errors.  We appreciate all the extend guidance on that as we moved quickly on sending out the letter and the other essential annual campaign tasks.  Please accept our apologies.

Since then, we published an updated letter and you should have it by now.  Please also see the attached letter for your records.
