Families who reached Gold Reward Level ($250 donation) & Up, please make sure you've received a reward update from membership@HIPS.rocks. Emails were sent to the email address of the person who made the donation, so check with your spouse/partner to make sure it wasn’t missed or check your spam/junk folder. If you didn't receive it or if you have any questions, please reach out to membership@HIPS.rocks.
Additionally, if you made a matching donation or donated directly through your employer but haven’t sent us the confirmation yet, please send that as well. Some employer platforms don’t send the funds for 30-60 days, and we have no way of knowing that you donated unless you tell us.
