Hello Hacienda Families! The Science Team would like to invite you to the Outdoor Classroom (ODC) for an adult-only workday on Saturday, October 14th, from 9am to noon.
We are looking for a few adults to help out with some heavy-duty jobs to maintain our garden as well as our Food Forest. Please see below for specific tasks that will help improve our beautiful ODC! If you have a small chainsaw or power saw, please bring it with you.
Please arrive by 9 a.m. for a brief orientation. Wear closed-toed shoes and bring water. Donuts and coffee will be provided - bring your own mug, please!
If you are not able to attend this workday, we have 2 more scheduled for the school year: Sat 1/27 and Sat 4/20 ! We will confirm which one is for adults and which one is for families once we see what jobs are required.
