Auction Donations 2020- Request for Personal, Business, or Parent/Family Experiences!

HACIENDA NEEDS YOU! As our auction event approaches, we are looking for donations of time, talent, and treasure!!! Your Auction Co-Chairs have already solicited over 300 local businesses, but there are 3 ways we would love our Hacienda family to pitch in, if possible in order to be the best representation of our diverse and creative school community:

1) HOST a "Parent/Family Experiences": Ideas include wine or tequila tasting parties, coaching clinics, poker nights, movie nights, progressive dinners, photography sessions and so much more. Guest attendance generally starts at 10, but can go up to 20, 30, or more, based on your own ideas and plans!

2) If you own your own business, please consider making a donation of a business item. Ideas include your own photography business, tax preparations, hair salon, Stella and Dot, Lularoe, Mary Kay, flooring contractor, food truck or restaurant! (HIPS can help create a certificate for you if gift certificates are not something you typically offer.)

3) You can also donate a physical item. Based on past sales, items worth more than $30 in value, or gift cards for $20 or more, are ideal donations. If you have an item to drop off, you can leave it in the front office marked HIPS Auction.

DEADLINE: March 6th (2 weeks before the event)

Hacienda Involved Parents & Staff (HIPS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the educational experience of every child at Hacienda Environmental Science Magnet Elementary School.
