We are looking to build our Auction Night planning committee - all are welcome!
Auction Night will take place at an off campus venue (yay!) on the evening of Friday, March 20th. Come to the meeting to hear all about the new location and event theme!
We are looking to fill the following roles:
Procurement, Curation and Organization of Auction items (this is a role which can be divided amongst many leads).
Fund a Need Wall
Parent Parties Coordinator
Decorations & Set Up Team
Ticket Sales Coordinator
