Calling all available families and former Hawk middle and high school volunteers! Please help us fill the remaining slots so that we don't have to close down the fun. Shifts are only 2 hours and will go by fast while having fun and bringing joy to many children! (You are also able to volunteer on the opposite shift in which your family is attending if you prefer) TOP volunteer classroom receives an extra ticket down the giant inflatable slide! Ms Hargunani's room is still in the lead for volunteers with 14 shifts! 
 
This is also the last call to donate ANY amount to count toward class participation on https://app.99pledges.com/fund/SpringFling22. Party classes are currently: Reid, Hargunani, Griffeth, Seymour, Selfridge, Hoogerwerf, Tucker, Hamilton, and McClure. Right behind them are Brown, Escalante, and Hollenbeck with just 1 pledge away and Unze, Luong, and Hayes are 2 pledges away, sooooooooooo close- you can do it!!!!! No donation amount is too small!

Spring Fling Update! 
  • VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! We are still looking for many volunteers to help staff activities. Please consider signing up for a 2-hour shift. We have needs at the Obstacle Course, Face Painting, and Tie Dye stations along with the DJ booth! The top 3 classes with the most volunteers will receive a special reward! Griffeth, Hargunani & Unze are in the lead for parent participation!
  • All reservations & purchases must be made by Sunday April 24 Register for a time slot HERE
  • Final day for pledges is Wednesday, April 27th. Get pledges by sharing your link with family and friends. Earn rewards for your class, student, and school by using 99 pledges. Any amount counts towards participation and your class getting a popsicle party.  Visit https://app.99pledges.com/fund/SpringFling22
  • Reid, Hargunani & Seymour have all earned popsicles parties by reaching over 65% participation!                                             

 

Parent Participation Contest!

The top 3 classes with parents who volunteer for Spring Fling will be awarded a trip down the Giant Inflatable Slide for each student! If you would like to provide more than 1 volunteer or more than 1 item for each signup (ie - 1 person but signing up to volunteer with my spouse), just leave a note saying that and the general signup will be adjusted accordingly.

Please check-in at the Volunteer Check-In table 10 minutes prior to your scheduled volunteer time. The Volunteer Check-In table will be located near the front office.

As a reminder, all volunteers must be fully vaccinated - you will be asked to sign a confirmation stating you have been fully vaccinated prior to volunteering. This is a huge event, and it takes many hands to make it successful.  It is strongly encouraged for someone from each family to work a shift at the event.

High school and middle school students are welcome to volunteer and receive community service credit.
