Interested in being part of the team that brings one of Hacienda's most popular events of the year come to life? Join the team! What can you expect as a "Lead": you'll be helping with planning the event, which may involve arranging for purchases, collecting donations, organizing supplies, and setting up your booth on the day of the event. Once Fall Festival gets started, there will be volunteers to "staff" your booth in shifts so you can enjoy the event with your family, too! Once you sign up for a position, Annie Hermes (Fall Festival Chair) will reach out to you directly with specific details.


Taking place on Saturday, October 23rd, 2-9pm, Fall Festival will feature carnival style games, a giant slide, cake/pumpkin walk, hand painting, baked goods, and more!!! This year, Fall Festival will look a little different, but we are planning to have it take place in person with crowd control and proper health & safety precautions.  Guests will have to make a reservation for a 90 minute attendance window to ensure no more than 200 attendees are present at any given time. Students who have been absent from school due to illness will not be able to attend, but will receive a Fall Festival care package. There will also be no eating allowed while on site - but do grab a whole pizza to take home on your way out. Stay tuned for more details including reservations and activity purchases.
