The volunteer board is in great shape, with only a few positions to fill. We would love more support with face painting, cake walk donations, cleanup, and Tent Or Treat.

What is Tent Or Treat, you may ask? This is the NEW way we are organizing our Trunk-or-Treat zone this year. Moving to tents allows us to set up on the grass and will enable families to access their cars during the event. The idea is generally the SAME, and we love to see all the creative themes every year. The candy is PROVIDED for you, so no need to purchase. Just set up your decor, and our volunteers will do the rest.

Get ready, Hacienda families, it’s almost time for one of our most beloved traditions: the Fall Festival! Just like in Coco, where family and community come together to celebrate, this event shines brightest when every family lends a hand. To make this year’s festival a huge success, we need EVERY FAMILY TO VOLUNTEER. Please sign up for at least one shift, and if you’re able, consider donating candy, drinks, or baked goods to keep the fiesta going!

The top 3 classrooms with the highest family volunteer participation will win a special prize! Let’s see which classes will rise to the occasion. If you’d like to contribute more than once (for example, one person baking three cakes or one person volunteering with a spouse), please leave us a note, and we’ll adjust the signup accordingly to ensure your generosity is recognized.

🍬 Candy & Baked Goods Drop-Off

Candy may be dropped off in the front office anytime the week before the event or between 2–4 p.m. on Saturday, October 25. To ensure freshness, baked goods/cakes should be delivered on Friday between 2–3 p.m. or during setup on Saturday between 2–5 p.m.
