In order to have a successful Fall Festival, we need EVERY FAMILY TO VOLUNTEER. Right now we need MANY more families to sign up to run the festival games. Please sign up for at least one volunteer job, and if you're able, sign up to donate candy, drinks, or baked goods! The Top 3 classes win a prize for In N Out!!!!!!

Get excited as we welcome one of Hacienda's most popular and biggest events of the year: the Fall Festival! In order to have a successful Fall Festival, we need EVERY FAMILY TO VOLUNTEER. Please sign up for at least one volunteer job, and if you're able, sign up to donate candy, drinks, or baked goods!

Classroom Participation Contest!

The top 3 classes with families who volunteer for Fall Festival will be awarded a PRIZE!

If you would like to provide more than one volunteer or more than 1 item for each signup (e.g., I'm one person but making three cakes OR I'm one person but signing up to volunteer with my spouse), leave a note saying that, and the general signup will be adjusted accordingly.

*Candy can be dropped off at the front office anytime the week before the event or between 2 and 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 19. To ensure freshness, baked Goods/Cakes should be delivered Friday 2-3pm or during setup on Saturday, October 19 between 1 and 4 p.m.

TRUNK OR TREAT: Decorate your trunk and provide treats! Park it between 2-4pm and remove it after 9pm on Oct 29 Signed Up: 11 / 12 Sat, Oct 19 Choose a theme that is appropriate for elementary school (google search trunk or treat and there are tons of great ideas) Purchase supplies and decorate your trunk (you are welcome to use the huge amount of Haunted House decorations in HIPS storage) Provide treats for ~600 kids (we will ask for some candy / prize donations, but plan to provide at least some). Park your car on campus between 2-4pm Cars cannot be removed or engines started until campus has been cleared of guests at the events conclusion around 9pm. You do not need to stay with your car all day (but if you want to dress up and be part of your display, go for it!) We will have volunteers running the trunk or treat.
