Update #2: Just 20 volunteer spots remain. Help us fill all the slots. The classroom volunteer contest is coming down to the wire. Hollenbeck, Escalante, & Anders are in the top spots. The top 3 classes win an extra slide ticket. But wait there's more! All volunteers will be entered into a raffle to win a tie dye shirt or sweatshirt!

Big need in concessions; all signups count towards classroom contest. Thank you for helping bring the magic to Fall Festival.

Donations can be dropped off at the front office this week, or on Saturday from 2-4.

Update #1: DRINK DONATIONS can be dropped off right outside the front office starting TOMORROW! Sales end THIS COMING TUESDAY, October 25th. Secure your tickets here!!!

Fall Festival can not be done without the help of our community, please consider volunteering. If shifts are not filled we will be forced to close activities. Volunteer BELOW! Want to help but can’t make the whole shift? Grab a buddy and split a shift. Just write in the notes the name of both volunteers.

Hollenbeck, Escalante & Pham are currently in the lead for the most volunteers with 11 each! The top 3 classes with the most volunteers will win a ticket for the GIANT Slide!

Get excited as we welcome one of Hacienda's most popular and biggest events of the year... Fall Festival! In order to have a successful Fall Festival, we need EVERY FAMILY TO VOLUNTEER. Please sign up for at least 1 volunteer job, and if you're able, sign up to donate candy, drinks, or baked goods!

Classroom Participation Contest! The top 3 classes with families who volunteer for Fall Festival will be awarded an extra trip down the Giant Inflatable Slide for each student! If you would like to provide more than 1 volunteer or more than 1 item for each signup (ie - I'm 1 person, but making 3 cakes OR I'm 1 person but signing up to volunteer with my spouse), just leave a note saying that and the general signup will be adjusted accordingly.

*Candy can be dropped off at the front office anytime the week before the event or between 2-4 pm on Saturday, October 29. To ensure freshness, baked Goods/Cakes should be delivered during setup on October 29 between 2-4 pm.

TRUNK OR TREAT: Decorate your trunk and provide treats! Park it between 2-4pm and remove it after 9pm on Oct 29 Signed Up: 10 / 11 Sat, Oct 29 2:00pm-9:00pm Choose a theme that is appropriate for elementary school (google search trunk or treat and there are tons of great ideas) Purchase supplies and decorate your trunk (you are welcome to use the huge amount of Haunted House decorations in HIPS storage) Provide treats for ~600 kids (we will ask for some candy / prize donations, but plan to provide at least some). Park your car on campus between 2-4pm Cars cannot be removed or engines started until campus has been cleared of guests at the events conclusion around 9pm.
