Highlights from Our HIPS Meeting

Here’s a quick recap of what we covered during last night's HIPS meeting:

• Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us at Wheelhouse! HIPS is powered by all of our wonderful volunteers, and we appreciate you so much! 
• Spring Fling raised an amazing $44,000!  
• Approved reallocation of remaining budgets to be used to fully cover K-2 Tech Equipment of $58,108.
• Presentation of Board Slate for the 2025-2026 school year. (see attached)
• HIPSters Awards: Congratulations to our HIPSter recipients, Tom McMahon, Yaritza Rodriguez Negron, Haddie Lyons, Bernice Fung, Shannon Miller, Catherine Bush, Josh Alwood, Crissy McGuire, Jaime Cloud, Ms. Yen, Preeti Lokhande, for March. You'll be contacted soon to pick up your award. Thank you for going above and beyond to support Hacienda! 

Be sure to mark your calendars for our next meeting on May 20th at 9:05AM in the staff lounge. It'll be our election meeting to vote in the HIPS Board for the 2025-2026 school year.
