Interested in helping plan this Hacienda tradition? It has been a couple of years since we have had an in-person Spring Fling. Join the team to help us plan a modified unforgettable family favorite Hacienda Event. This year's Jog-A-Thon-style event theme will be the Olympics!!!

General day-of roles will be posted later- we will need a LOT of volunteers, very similar to Fall Festival, with several shifts to limit crowds. Look for those spots to be posted close to the event and SAVE THE DATE for April 30th!

Event Day On Site Lead	Manage and oversee the parent volunteers at the respective stations, step in where needed if an event is more crowded than anticipated, etc.
Tie Dye Team	Oversee tie dye shirt process: inventory and purchase dye and supplies, organize kits or tie dye event, prewash shirts and prepare them for event booth, etc.
TShirt Sponsorships	Solicit businesses to sponsor the event with a monetary donation. Donors will be feature on the back of the tshirt.
Donations Team	Solicit donations for rewards and to run/sponsor the side events in our "Olympic Village"! Sample: donor to sponsor rings or lap medals for all runners

General SF Team	Not sure where to help? Sign-up here!
Route & Lap Manager	Design route (outside track), punch cards, batch and deliver to check-in volunteers. Create team to count for rewards after the event.
