Be prepared for the school year and be sure to attend your student's scheduled time slot for supply pick-up!
This will be a contactless drive-thru pick- up.
Please follow the schedule below to access your materials.
August 10th:
8:00am -10:00am – Kinder (for those NOT able to attend Kinder Kickoff)
10:30am -12:30pm – 1st grade
1:00pm – 3:00pm – 2nd grade
If you have children in multiple grade levels, please choose the slot of your youngest child for pick up.
Directions for supply pick-up:
Pick up is only available during each grade level’s specific window. This is a brief, contactless materials pick-up, as we need to limit contact in order to keep everyone healthy.
You will also be able to drop off any library books, text books, or classroom novels that your student currently has at home from last school year.

Come to the school during your pick-up window.

Make and hold up a sign or paper with your child’s legal name and grade level on it so that our volunteers can get you the correct materials.

Please wear a face mask

Drive into the front parking lot and continue to each station until finally leaving the parking lot.

Stay in your car at all times.
Need a 2019-2020 Yearbook? Yearbooks will be available for pick-up or purchase $25 (Cash, check made to HIPS, or credit card) at the HIPS table.
