Help Keep Our Hawks Safe! Volunteer Needs: We’re looking for two volunteers each morning, 8:30–9:00 a.m., to help keep our drop-off running safely and smoothly.

Duties Include:

• Setting out and collecting cones

• Greeting families and helping students safely exit vehicles

• Keeping traffic flowing and ensuring everyone’s safety

Volunteer Options:

• Commit to the same day each week for the school year

• Volunteer once a month on a set day
  

• Choose random days throughout the year as your schedule allows
  

*Please remove yourself from the signup if you are unable to do your shift, so someone else can sign up!

Traffic Circle Guidelines:

• Children should exit only on the right (passenger) side

• Drop-off happens at the blue gate marked “Drop Off”

• Have backpacks ready for a quick, smooth exit

• Right turn only when exiting the traffic circle

• No passing other vehicles within the circle
