Hawks YOU have raised over $25,000 to help fund all our awesome school programs and activities. There is just one week left to gather those pledge donations. Here's what to do:
1. Register your student as a walker on PledgeStar at http://pledgestar.com/hacienda
2. Get at least ONE donation of ANY amount to qualify as a participant and help your class earn a popsicle party.
Be sure to check out the Wonka Bar sign near the front office and the Lollipop participation tracker on classroom doors for updates.
3. Receive donations totaling $30 to earn this years SpringFling shirt. This year your shirt is your lap card, but the Walk-a-thon is open to ALL students- pickup a paper lap card at the registration table.
The more donations you collect the more prizes you earn and the more you support HIPS!
4. Don't forget to pre-purchase your Spring Fling food & Activity tickets. This help the team plan and you not be disappointed when things sell out. Sales Page HERE

Way to go hawks you have already raised over $17,000 for Spring Fling. See below for all our raffle winners. But it’s not to late to register on PledgeStar and help your class earn a popsicle party. Each student who registers and received at least one donation of any amount will count towards participation and the classes that reach 65% will earn a popsicle party!
Company Match: We appreciate the time it takes to obtain a company match; unfortunately, matching can not be counted toward reward levels.
Don’t forget to prepurchase all your Spring Fling apparel and food items. We will have the Habit burger truck and Tacos El Compa on campus to help fuel our walkers and families. See Konstella sales page for all the details.

We will also stay late for Hi-five & YMCA pickup today, Wednesday 4-5:30.

Spring Fling 2023 is finally here. 
What is Spring Fling?: Spring Fling is a full-day walk-a-thon event meant to bring together our community for a fun, active, family centered fundraiser. We will have inflatables, a dunk tank, skateboarding demos, Teacher Time Raffles, food, and of course our walk-a-thon!
Who?: The entire school and community are invited to participate in all portions of the day.
When?: Saturday, April 29th 9-2 (come for all or part of the day)
Why?: HIPS yearly budget is over $300,000 and Spring Fling aims to raisie at least 10% of those vital funds. HIPS funds 100% of our music program including staff & supplies, supplemental Science and needs of our 1-acre Outdoor Classroom, hands on art and gardening programs, teacher & student supplies, assemblies, and community events.
How?: Register your student as a walker at http://pledgestar.com/hacienda (see attachment for instructions) Register by Friday April 7th to be entered into a pre Spring Fling Raffle + First 100 students registers receive an In-N-Out burger certificate! Be sure to send your first email or text to activate your page and qualify for registration rewards.
Students also earn prizes for donations collected.
