The HIPS Annual Giving Dive campaign is our largest fundraiser of the year. It will kick off on Tuesday, September 1 and run through September 22. It is designed to raise funds to keep all the inspiring and unique programs we have at Hacienda.
HIPS is completely run by parent volunteers, YOU are HIPS! And we need your support as a volunteer to keep all the amazing programs in our school. Sign-up to be a part of this vital committee.

Promo Videos Creators Signed Up: 2 / 2Help us create and edit the AGD promo videos. We'll create the first video over the summer so it's ready to go on Back to School Night.

Communication Signed Up: 1 / 1Coordinate messaging and drive updates for FB, Konstella postings, and teacher communications. (weekly during drive)

Signage Lead Signed Up: 1 / 1Create/update tracking poster for Mr. Weber's door, hang/update classroom participation trackers, hang signage around campus to promote AGD.

Crayfish Party Host Signed Up: 0 / 3Host families in outdoor classroom for crayfish party on selected day (dates are typically in late Fall or Spring). Help check in families, prep crayfish poles, ensure families are following ODC rules, and set out snack.
