The Scholastic Book Fair is back!
Our Fall book fair is scheduled for November 18-22
and Spring book fair is May 12-16 (may be a bit shorter).
The anticipation for new books and creative activities available through this awesome fundraiser requires lots of long-range planning and a variety of volunteers. Many jobs are behind-the-scenes and done before the book fair delivery truck arrives.
During the week of the Book Fair we rely on help from great volunteers who help with many tasks, from unpacking and setting up, to cashier and sales help during the shopping hours, and then packing up when it’s done. Hacienda/HIPS hosts a Book Fair each year in the Fall and another one each Spring.
We need your help! Please consider adding your input and leadership skills to the Book Fair Committee and help us continue to host this important and exciting fund-raising event.

Scholastic Dollars Lead Signed Up: 0 / 1At home gig! Send emails to teachers & staff offering scholastic dollars, monitor scholastic dollars wishlists, place order, organize book order and deliver to teachers.

Shift Supervisor Signed Up: 0 / 6Help manage the fair by being a shift supervisor. You will be trained to process refunds, sales, scholastic dollars, restock books, and understand other volunteer roles.
Hours needed: sign-up for 2 volunteer shifts as supervisor
