Calling all Hawkstars - it's time to power up and start planning our Spring Fling Walk-A-Thon.  We're looking for leads and committee volunteers to join us on this quest to raise funds and have a blast! This year we've broken the committee down into smaller positions with many that can be done from home. We'll be hosting an Event Intro Meeting on Tuesday, Dec 17th at 7pm on Zoom (link below).  This will be a brief 30-45 minute meeting to go over the committee, answer any questions about lead positions, and brainstorm a few ideas.

Determine shirt order and reach out to local companies for price quotes. Work with logo designer and Sponsorship chair to obtain all logos needed. Work with tiedye team for shirt order as well.

Manage and oversee online walk-a-thon pledges, work with treasurer to ensure smooth transfer of event totals. Great for at home helpers.

Communicate with teachers and organize teacher time submissions. Contact winners and ensure all prizes are distributed/held. Work with committee to determine other potential raffle items.

Reserve and coordinate inflatable rentals & day of activities with Fun Services or other companies. SF committee will work together to plan day of activities.
