Traditionally: 

Parents and Hacienda Science team (current year Mrs. Weisshahn) work together to host a Science Community event to explore the sky!  

Hacienda invites the San Jose Astronomical Association (https://www.sjaa.net) who provides amazing telescopes to view the sky and all that's far beyond.  

The parent committee leads craft and other activities to engage our students as they explore the sky above them and organizes a team to serve hot cocoa and treats!
