Dear Hawk Ridge Families,

On Wednesday, May 4 th we will be providing Hawk Ridge Staff members with a delicious lunch from Libretto’s. Our goal is to have enough volunteers sign up to cover each classroom teacher for 1 hour so that they can enjoy their meal. In order for this to happen successfully we are seeking 2 CMS registered volunteers for each classroom, during that 1 hour volunteers will monitor for lunch ½ hour and the other ½ hour will be determined by classroom teachers schedule (instructions will be left on what to do). We will also be asking for volunteers to sign up to monitor the student lunches in the cafeteria so that our Teacher Assistants and Support Staff can partake in the Staff Appreciation Luncheon.
